Q: What is your return policy? 

A: Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refund of any item. However, if your item was damaged then please pop us an email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order and we will offer you an exchange of the product. 

Q: When will I receive my order? 

A: We aim to ship within 3-4 working days after your order is placed. However, this may be longer during holiday periods (e.g. sales, Eid, Ramadan or festive seasons). Please always check your emails including junk/spam for all updates regarding your order. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel your order.
